Alberni Fitness, is the Alberni Valley’s only Complete Fitness and Wellness Centre. Our state of the art facility is wheelchair accessible and is just under 7000 square feet. The centre features 4 floors and provides ample room for Free Weights, Circuit Training and a Cardio Studio plus a spring floor for Aerobics, Infrared Heated Yoga, and Spin Classes. In addition, there are also bodywork specialists located on site, who specialize in Massage, Accupressure, Shiatsu, and Hot Stone. The facility also includes a Tanning Studio, 2 Infrared Sauna’s, Showers, Lockers, Juice Bar and a Separate Child Care Area.
